Aspect AI’s system is the first to provide a high resolution MR sensor suitable for industrial applications. It overcomes the inherent limitations that prevented MR use in production lines in the past. Aspect’s system is fast and effective, giving the needed throughput and efficiency with no compromise on image quality and resolution. With the chemical and structural information available immediately on the production line, work is done effectively and efficiently.

The system is based on a breakthrough in using permanent magnet technology. High quality MR imaging is obtained by using a highly efficient magnet, with high performance, quiet gradients™, highly sensitive coils and powerful user-friendly application software. Superior image quality is also a result of lower magnetic susceptibility, which is in contrast to most high field MRI systems.

• A high-performance 1 Tesla MRI system, 100 micron or better resolution
• Unique permanent magnet design and technology – high homogeneity and efficiency (no Eddy Currents) and
• Zero fringe magnetic fields.
• Silent gradients (<10 db)
• High strength and fast slew rate gradients
• High SNR equivalent to a 3 Tesla medical MRI system
• Large Field Of View (FOV) – i.e. capability of examining relatively large objects for a small device, such as fruits, fluids etc.
• Low maintenance (no moving parts), low power required to operate, no need to refill cryogenic liquid.
